3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must be at least 18 years old to use our services
• You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use Riffmint to:

• Send spam, unsolicited emails, or emails to purchased lists
• Violate anti-spam laws including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL, or similar regulations
• Send emails containing illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity or affiliation
• Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Interfere with or disrupt our services or servers
• Harvest or collect email addresses without proper consent
• Send phishing emails or engage in fraudulent activities

5. Compliance Requirements

You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including:

• Obtaining proper consent before adding subscribers to your list
• Including a clear and functional unsubscribe link in all marketing emails
• Honoring unsubscribe requests promptly
• Including your physical mailing address in emails
• Not using deceptive subject lines or header information

6. Fees and Payment

• Pricing details will be provided when the platform launches
• Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice
• Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination

7. Data Ownership and Usage

• You retain ownership of all data you upload to Riffmint
• You grant us permission to process your data to provide our services
• We do not sell or share your subscriber data with third parties
• You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use the data you upload

8. Service Availability

• We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
• We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects service availability
• We are not liable for service interruptions beyond our control

9. Intellectual Property

• Riffmint and its content are protected by copyright and trademark laws
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform or content without permission
• You retain ownership of your email content and subscriber data

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Fail to pay fees when due
• Send emails that result in excessive complaints or bounces

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, you will lose access to your data unless you export it beforehand.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Riffmint is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months
• We are not responsible for deliverability issues caused by recipient mail servers

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Riffmint harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

13. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through our platform. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Paris, France.
